Omega Association Management plays an important role in the day-to-day management of the homeowners association. Working with the Board of Directors and sanctioned committees, Omega offers an office for the association's business. The Community Manager works closely with the board and with committees to run the non-profit association business with both care and precision.
Omega offers a structure and framework for the business of the association and provides support to the volunteer members through close communication. We work directly with the board and operate by the authority of the board of directors.
We make available office staff to answer calls, and respond to homeowner concerns. We serve as a communication link between the board, committees and homeowners.
We also offer insight, direction and training to the board, as the board requires, in order to maintain continuity within the association.
