Emergency Contacts

Emergency calls are directly handled by Omega managers 24/7/365.

An after hours emergency, such as a water line break in common areas, can be reported by calling 919-461-0102.

Some situations, which are NOT considered emergencies, are:

• Noisy neighbors

• ARC request

• Questions about account balances

• Illegally parked cars

• Rules violations

While not emergencies, these types of situations are important but are better handled by the association manager during normal office hours rather than the hours on-call manager.
